Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Moss on a Rock ("we," "us") collects through mossonarock.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss your project.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we work together.
We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Services we rely on
- Contact form delivery: messages are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which processes the form data to send it to us.
- Fonts: our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
- Hosting: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Error reports: if something on the site breaks, we may record technical details about the error (the page, your browser type and the error message) so we can fix it. These reports don't include what you typed into the form.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and to keep records of work we do together. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing hello@mossonarock.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
